Apple Pie Playdoh
To start our apple week we made homemade playdough, with some apple pie spice mixed in. It smelled delicious!
We used it to build A's...
two different ways!
And then also for free play!
Making Patterns
We made lots of patterns with our acrylic apples!
Invisible Numbers
This is a favorite activity for Sweet E. I drew some apples, and then using a white crayon I wrote a number inside each. Sweet E had to paint the apples to reveal the number, then tell me what the number is!
She had so much fun, she wanted me to make another page of apples!

Following Directions Game
This free printable came from Teachers Pay Teachers. Sweet E loved going apple picking!
There were several cards with special directions; we did three at a time. She had to listen to the color and description, then pick the right apples and place them in her basket. Some were whole, some were cut in half, some had a bite taken out of them, some had a worm in them, etc.
We did this activity multiple times!
